Phil Jackson went from New York Knicks, and Carmelo Anthony’s status did not change. The management wants to sell it or make a transfer and bring fresh blood to the team.
But one of the situations that does not come up with is Carmelo’s contract to be redeemed.
Such a proposal came from the wing, but the idea was immediately rejected by the owner of New York Knicks, James Dolan.
In the contract there is a clause in which Carmelo must not be traded without his consent and until the transfer can only come if Carmelo is satisfied with the offer.
In such a situation, one of the two sides will have to give up their demands, but only time will tell whether it will be done by Knicks or Carmelo.
